(1) Product size and weight

The basic production size of our product is 1.2m x 2.4m (4 feet X 8 feet), and the weight per board is less than 20Kg (44 pounds), so it is not a big burden in terms of size and weight for construction work by two people in a group, and the area that can be constructed per day is about 60 – 70m² (645 ~ 753 Sq. feet) based on the average productivity of workers. In addition, our product can be easily cut and pressed to the wall or floor of the building in a dry way at the construction site, so it can be constructed in various designs desired by client.

(2) Construction method

Our products can be constructed wet, but dry construction is the basic construction method. Dry construction uses 3M double-sided tape and silicone, and nailers, staplers and pinners can also be used, but punching is not desirable in terms of design, so the construction of walls and floors is basically dry construction, except for some adhesive surfaces such as ceilings. In addition, our products can be used in various molding methods for corners, ceilings, and spaces with small grooves in buildings, and the smoothness after installation is also superior to other products.
